Army Wellness Center

Welcome to Your Army Wellness Center!

What is an Army Wellness Center (AWC)?  Our mission is to empower our clients to build a framework of good health as well as build healthy lifestyles for themselves and their families.  Not only do we strive to empower our clients to set their own health goals, we are there to help them to achieve the goals they’ve set.  How do we do this?  We engage our clients through state-of-the-art technology, one-on-one education, group classes, and health coaching.   The AWC program offers something for everyone!  An appointment at the AWC may include body composition testing (via the BodPod), metabolic testing, or fitness testing.  Need help with increasing your metabolism, healthy nutrition, stress management, or healthy sleep habits? We’ve got you covered.

Who do we serve?  We see active duty/reserve military, family members, retirees, and DOD civilians.

How much does it cost?  All services are free!

How do you get started?  Either you can refer yourself or your provider can refer you to the AWC.

If self-referring, call the JBLE-AWC at (757) 314-7724 to schedule your appointment,.  It's as easy as that!
