The Health Management Clinic is a facility based educational clinic that is designed to assist patients with certain medical conditions. The patient learns how they can work with their health care providers to improve and maintain their health. Patients are taught how to self-manage common day-to-day problems with their conditions and how to decrease or prevent the effects of chronic health conditions. Diabetes Classes 2nd and 4th week of the Month (Consist of 2 Classes) Pre-diabetes 4th Friday of the month.
Nutrition Counseling for Military, Family Members and Retirees.
Active Duty Counseling for the Army Body Composition Program (ABCP)
Anti-Coagulation Monday thru Friday 0745-1530
Tobacco Use Cessation Classes 2nd Wednesdays of every month.
An online class is offered as well. "That's It - Time to Quit" (ensure you print your certificate of completion and schedule an appointment with Internal Behavioral Health Consultant (IBHC) within the clinic you are assigned to).
Adult and Pediatric Asthma Classes 2nd Thursday of the Month

To cancel an appointment, please go to TRICARE Online and access the Appointment Center. McDonald Army Health Center requires that beneficiaries cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Don't Be a no-show!
McDonald Army Health Center wants your help in reducing the number of "No Shows". Patients who miss appointments or arrive late by 15 minutes or more to their scheduled appointments are considered "No Shows". "No Shows" limit the number of available appointments. The Health Center request beneficiaries cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
